Job's Daughters

Job's Daughters is an organization for young women ages 10–20 dedicated to building confidence, honoring tradition, and shaping the future. Since our founding in 1920, our mission has been to empower the next generation of leaders by providing opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, and lifelong friendships.

Our founder had a visionary idea: to create an organization where girls could develop the skills, character, and confidence needed to succeed in every aspect of life. Today, Job's Daughters continues that legacy by helping members strengthen their leadership abilities, build self-confidence, serve their communities, and prepare for the future.

Jobie-to-Bee Program

Our Jobie-to-Bee program welcomes girls beginning at age 7 who are not yet old enough to become full members of Job's Daughters, as well as prospective members interested in learning more about our organization. Through fun, age-appropriate activities, our Bees discover what it means to be a Jobie while making new friends and building confidence. They are also invited to participate in many of our events and activities, giving them an exciting introduction to the traditions, values, and sisterhood of Job's Daughters.
